Standard over the shoulder regulation sling for the NCO or Musicians sword.  Comes with US Eagle baldric plate attached. Adjustable length by virtue of holes behind the plate. This sling is the reason for the belt loops behind all regulation US Cartridge Boxes. As an NCO would not be wearing two different slings at the same time, the appropriate setup would be for him to wear the cartridge box on the waist belt while wearing the baldric.
