The Shawl Collar Civilian Vest has a 14-16 oz. wool front and a black polished cotton back. The Vest features 5 Fabric Covered Buttons, HAND STITCHED Button Holes, and two exterior slit pockets. The front of the vest is lightly padded and lined in muslin. There are two adjustable ties on the vest back.
