Texas Campfire Blend Roasted Coffee

Our custom roasted campfire blend is a combination of medium and dark roasted beans that hark back to the day of campfire and chuck wagon coffee.

Mexican Chocolate Flavored Coffee

This coffee is inspired by a traditional Mexican blend. It has a blend of light and medium Latin American beans with a hint of chocolate, cinnamon and spices.

Signature Tex-Mex Blend Flavored Coffee

This signature blend is packed full of the unique flavors that are a benchmark of the Lone Star State.  Mexican chocolate, Mexican vanilla and Texas pecan flavors provide a wonderful base for the selected medium and light roasted beans. Great for breakfast or as a dessert coffee.

Premium Espresso Roast Coffee

This premium coffee is a blend of Latin American, African, and Indonesian beans. It is a dark and smooth roast with a full, rich profile, perfect for espresso or drip coffee makers. This special roast is part of our 'Roughrider' product collection.

**  East Texas Hickory Prime Rib & Steak Seasoning  **

The early settlers in Texas located their communities in the Eastern part of the state where hickory became a staple wood for smoking meats and cooking. Perfect for seasoning steaks, prime rib, and pork; it is a blend of rich spices with a hint of hickory smoke flavoring, an early Pioneer cooking flavor that has been overlooked in modern Texas cuisine.

Apply dry rub to meat and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum.  Grill or roast as desired.  Add to soups and stews to enhance the flavor of your dishes. Salt to taste, as desired. For large cuts of meat or roasts, season and let rest overnight.

Ingredients: Selected Spices, Minced Onion, Roasted Garlic, and Hickory Smoke Flavor.

Chili was originally  referred to as "a bowl of Texas Red"  This Heirloom seasoning allows you to cook a traditional bowl of chili, just like the early Texans ate.  San Antonio is the birthplace of chili and Texas Red war quickly adopted as a staple food. The frontier army immediately added chili as a favorite of the troops as well Texas cattle drive cooks.

Tacos have their roots in early Spanish/Mexican cooking from several centuries ago.  This recipe is for a vintage seasoning used in tacos.  Ground meat was not used. Finley diced meat were prepared for this dish.  Meats varied from Beef, Pork, and Chicken to domesticated livestock and wild game.

Ingredients: Chili Powder, Paprika, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Diced Onion, Mexican Oregano, Cayenne Pepper

Kitchen Pepper was the season-all of its day.  Kitchen Peppers has been in use for hundreds of year, and cooks modified over time to their needs.  The 1878 recipe is a blend used on the Western Frontier.  The spice in this blend were common to the time period and available to civilian and military cooks. Kitchen Pepper was mainly used to enhance soups and stews for a unique flavor. 

Ingredients: Ground Ginger, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, All Spice, Cloves, Salt

  • This seasoning is based on an original 1860’s San Antonio seasoning recipe for traditional Carne Asada. Carne Asada literally means “grilled meat.” Your grilled meat can be used for tacos, burritos, tortas, or served as a meal by itself. Anglos quickly adopted this seasoning and used it in variety of dishes and with game meats.
  • Uses: Apply dry rub to meat and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum. Grill or roast as desired.  Excellent for grilling meats and flat iron searing.  This blend may also be used to enhance the flavor of soups, stews, and meat dishes. Flank steak and round steak are preferred, but any thin cut of meat will work.

Ingredients: Selected spices, salt, chili peppers, onion, garlic, red pepper, cumin, less than 2 percent silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
