This Saber or Sword Belt is made from high quality American leather and comes with the over the shoulder Sam Browne strap and all hangers. Snap swivels are NOT included and are available at an EXTRA CHARGE. 2 snap swivels are required.

This belt is made to fit any 2-Piece Buckle or Spoon & Wreath Buckle and NO STITCHING is required to affix the Buckle. Brass hook makes this belt adjustable for many sizes. The belt is available in Black or Russet leather.

The 2-Piece Buckle or Spoon & Wreath Buckle is NOT included but available for an additional charge. If the Buckle is purchased with the belt, we will install the buckle at no extra charge.

The J.E.B. Stuart Sword Hanger became a standard cavalry issue throughout the Civil and Indian Wars, up to 1900. Prior to the onset of the Civil War, J.E.B. Stuart did not like the design of the sword hangers used at that time, so he designed and patented his own style of hanger. His device enabled the cavalryman to remove the sword, scabbard, and belt slings entirely without unhooking the scabbard from the belt and leaving the straps swinging loose from the belt rig.

The hanger is available in black or brown.

The M1860 Light Cavalry Saber is a fine reproduction saber and a faithful copy of the originals used. It is made to to perform exactly as the original in every way. The hand forged blade is British military spec fully tempered 1065 high carbon steel that will flex over 20 degrees and return to true. The leather handle is wire wrapped and the pommel and guard is brass. This saber is collector grade. The blade is unsharpened.

The Inspectors Mark on the blade reads "US, ADK, 1862". The other side of the blade is marked "AMES MFG CO, CHICOPEE, MASS"

This saber features a 35" long, curved blade superbly designed for thrusting and slashing. Comes complete with a stout steel scabbard. Overall length is 41".

This authentic, hand made replica is hand forged and fully tempered of British military spec 1095 high carbon steel. Made with original handle and sheath materials to ensure it performs exactly as the original did. This sword was supplied to all Army foot officers with the rank Major and below from 1851 to 1865. The tempered high carbon steel blade is etched with the letters "US", a floral pattern, branches and scrolls. The solid brass guard and hilt also displays a floral design. Our replica comes with a blackened metal scabbard with correct brass mounts. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts. The scabbard is blued steel, with brass throats, mounts, rings and drag. The M1860 Cavalry Officer Saber is a fine reproduction saber and a faithful copy of the originals used. It is made to to perform exactly as the original in every way. The hand forged blade is British military spec fully tempered 1065 high carbon steel. The leather handle is wire wrapped and the pommel and guard is brass. The blade is unsharpened. This saber is collector grade.

The brass, 3-branch guard is nicely hand chased and engraved, as is the brass pommel. Blade is beautifully etched with “U.S.,” and “E Pluribus Unum,” along with foliage and military trophies. Steel scabbard has brass throat, rings and drag.

The blade is 33" long, 1 1/8" wide, and 3/16" thick. It weighs 2 pounds 3 oz. Overall length is 39". Scabbard weight is 1 pound 10 oz.

Of all the Confederate swords and sabers this one was the one used most. Wielded by the troops under the command of J.E.B. Stuart, Wade Hampton, and Nathan Bedford Forrest, this saber dispatched horsed of Yankee soldiers. This is a very distinctive saber with a brass guard similar to that of the 1860 Light Cavalry Saber.

This saber is a fine reproduction and a faithful copy of the originals used. The hand forged blade is British military spec fully tempered 1095 high carbon steel. The brown leather grip is wrapped with brass wire and the pommel and guard are brass. The blade has the classic Confederate "unstopped" fuller. The scabbard has brass furniture, ring mounts, and drag. The blade is unsharpened. This saber is collector grade.

Features a flexible, ornate blade and leather grip wrapped with brass wire. It is just like the old one carried by General Jo Shelby, the Missouri cavalry raider who never surrendered his command. This fine sword has "C.S.A." crisply acid etched on the hand forged blade. "C.S." is cast into the guard with excellent detail. The scabbard is blued steel, with brass throats, mounts, rings and drag. Beautifully finished. The blade is unsharpened. This saber is collector grade.

Befitting their rank, this sword displays a high degree of ornamentation. The brass guard has hand chased foliage and "U.S." between the branches. The blade is etched with foliage, military trophies, "U.S.", "E Pluribus Unum" and "Iron Proof." During the years before the war, many Confederate officers, including General Robert E. Lee, carried this sword in the Indian campaigns. Brass pommel, scabbard is blue steel.

The 1840 non commissioned sword was carried by American soldiers for over 70 years; a period which included the Mexican War, Civil War and Spanish American War.

This 1840 Non Commissioned Sword is a fine reproduction sword, is a faithful copy of the originals used and is collector grade. The single edged blade has a single broad fuller running from the ricasso to near the point. The entire hilt is cast brass and the grip is ribbed. Pommel is global with a capstan. Grip is flanked by kidney-shaped hand guards. NCO sword comes with a steel scabbard. The blade is unsharpened and the scabbard is made for a NCO style belt.  Will not attach to a standard saber belt.

The blade is 31 3/4 inches long.
